    We are available Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. We can also schedule pick-ups outside of our business hours.
  • How do I schedule a pick-up?
    Please visit the contact page on our website. You can schedule a pick-up online or call us.
  • Do you charge to pick up the equipment?
    Please contact us to get a quote. In some cases, there may be no charge at all.
  • Can I drop off medical equipment to you?
    Yes, by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a time.
  • Can I sell my equipment on consignment with you?
    Yes, on high end, newer equipment, we would work to find the highest market value for resale.
  • Do you take equipment that has had contact with biohazards such as needles and medical waste?
    No.
  • Do you take disposable medical equipment?
    No.
  • Are you certified with the state of Texas for medical salvage?
    Yes, we are a licensed medical salvage broker ( for devices).
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we carry enough insurance to allow access to any building in the city of Houston.
  • Do you pick up equipment outside of Houston?
    Yes, we pick up equipment throughout Texas.
  • Do you pick up any other equipment besides medical ?
    Yes, we do. Houston Medical Salvage is a division of Houston Computer Recycling and we also recycle IT equipment. Contact us for all the services we can provide for you.
